Schwaben lassen Schwäbi schweben!
Schwäbi ist das diesjährige Technikerprojekt der H1/1. Am Anfang haben wir fast nichts! Nur zwei Vorgaben: Das Produkt muss innovativ sein und das Budget von 85 Euro darf nicht überschritten werden. Das kann Fluch oder Segen sein. Keine Vorgaben zu haben, ist einerseits echt cool, aber was macht man dann? Die ersten Entwürfe gehen von der Garderobe über Sportgeräte bis hin zur Laptoptasche. Nach etlichen Versuchen, nach Irrtum, nach Verwerfungen, nach Veränderungen, nach Rückschlägen, wird Schwäbi ins Leben gerufen.
Jetzt teilt sich die H1/1 in fünf Teams:
Die Ordnungshüter kümmern sich um die Kommunikation zwischen den Gruppen und den Ablauf (Controlling),
Die Kreativen sorgen sich um die Werbung, Vertriebswege, Angebote und Sponsoren (Marketing),
Die Zahlenfreaks achten auf das Budget und den Einkauf (Materialwirtschaft),
Die AVler sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Fertigung (Produktion),
Die Schöpfer kreieren Form und Funktion(Produktentwicklung)
Das Ergebnis?
Schwäbi ist ein Grundsockel mit Leuchte.
Wahlweise schwebt ein Nachrichten-Würfel, eine Schale zur Aufbewahrung oder ein Visitenkartenhalter über diesen Sockel und wird von oben angestrahlt.
Und jetzt?
Schwäbi findet seinen Einsatz als Eyecatcher, der je nach Lust und Laune auf dem Schreibtisch oder der Empfangstheke durch die verschiedenen Aufsätze garantiert zum Hingucker wird.
Schwaben lassen Schwäbi schweben!? Leider nicht. Zu spät stellt sich heraus, dass Schwäbi nicht den europäischen Sicherheitsstandards entspricht. Trotz alledem werden drei Prototypen produziert, an denen jederzeit weiterentwickelt werden kann.

Schwäbi is this year's engineers’ project of the class H1 / 1. In the beginning we have almost nothing! Except for two specifications: The product must be innovative and the budget of 85 Euros must not be exceeded. This can be curse or blessing at the same time. Having no specifications at all is really cool, but what do you do then? The first designs went from wardrobe over sports equipment to a laptop bag. After several attempts, after error, distortions, changes and setbacks, Schwäbi is launched.
Now the H1 / 1 is divided into five teams:
• The marshals are responsible for the communication between the groups and the process (controlling),
• The creatives are concerned with the advertising, distribution channels, offers and sponsors (marketing)
• The number crunchers have their focus on the budget and purchasing (material management)
• The planning engineers ensure a smooth flow in production (production),
• The creators create form and function (product development)
The result?
Schwäbi is a base with a light.
Optionally, a message cube, a tray for storage or a business card holder floats above this base and is illuminatedfrom above.
So what?
Schwäbi finds its use as an eyecatcher on the officedesk or the reception, which is guaranteed to become the center of attention an can be adapted depending on the mood of its user.
Swabians let Schwäbi hover!? Unfortunately not. It turns out, that Schwäbi doesn’t comply with European safety standards. Despite all these problems, three prototypes are produced, which can be developed further at any time.
